We had our annual retreat of the research group – but due to Covid and restrictions it was actually the first time for the PhD students to meet each other in person. With (nearly) everybody on board this made three full days of networking, scientific presentations and exchange on all the covered subjects. And all the online meetings and get to know each other in zoom and gathertown paid off in the sense that it was immediately a great atmosphere which facilitated discussions. It was nice to see the breadth of topics covered in Dataninja and to discover new connections.
